Paradox Ministries is devoted to leading high school students to die to self and live in Christ. We are also committed to providing lots of fun opportunities & activities for our students! Check us out and bring a friend!
AFRICA NEEDS
Paradox is headed to Benin, Africa on June 15-27, to work at Arbre de Vie Orphanage and love of those beautiful kids! However, we need your help! Arbre de Vie relies on the support of mission teams and people who give their time and energy to help the orphanage staff complete a variety of projects. But they also have physical needs. Click here to see a current list of what they need. If you are able to help, please bring in your donation to the church office by June 7. Thank you!
Check out the latest Arbre de Vie newsletter and see what's happening with our kids in Benin!
MISSIONS...
it's about giving yourself for the sake of others. This summer we want to love on the city of Beavercreek through the expression of labor as we work with the Parks & Recreation Department to make the area parks as clean and attractive as possible. We're encouraging the entire BCN family to work along side us as we spend 2 hours every week, for 8 weeks, serving others. The benefit to our community is obvious, but we anticipate that the benefit for those who give 16 hours of their summer to be far greater.
Join BCN for a kickoff event on Sunday, June 7, at 12:15 PM on the south lawn. We'll have food and inflatables, as well as more information about this local mission, sign up forms, and T-shirts available for purchase for $5. Check out your bulletin for dates & locations.
CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2009!
We celebrated the high school graduates with a service at BCN on Sunday, May 31. Celebrate with them at their open houses. If you missed the party, you can get more info about each of grads in the Grad Program.
